@lubapalomba it is brand new so I haven’t refilled it, but there’s a break above the Swarovski crystal stamp in the metal that you can pop off and then twist the little grey gear at the end to remove it. Then the entire ink breaks off into two pieces, and you would find the according size of you wanted to replace it.
