@lalala87 hi! The wax takes awhile to melt. It works, but I would smash up the wax in little pieces and place them into a disposable plastic cup. Place the disposable cup in a bowl of very hot water. Another option is to place the actual wax cup onto a mug warmer until it melts. The wax is effective and get the job done.
