Not 100% sure if this is a dress or a top but I wear it as a mini baby doll dress and I am 5'4. Pure white. The sides of the dress are lace so you will need to wear a slip or shorts underneath. The material along the front and back is sheer. The breast is covered with both sheer material and lace so you can wear it without a bra if you feel comfortable enough:)
