poshmarkme15 @kkusmani thank you for interest! I am Not sure since it’s not on label. I got it in a boutique shop in ny. The top feels like cotton with nylon or some sort of stiffer material very light weight but firm and structure and it maintains the good shape The bottom and the scarf feels like cotton and soft to touch It’s lovely and still feel like brand new let me know if you have other question 🌸

poshmarkme15 @jseegoolam Thanks for your interest! It doesn't seem that way- the top does not have extra fold in there so I assume it is not meant to let loose. The bottom is cinched/ adjustable at waist. Hope this answers your question! :))

poshmarkme15 @jseegoolam I am not sure. Google search seems to suggest indian/ UK size 10 is equivalent to US size 8. This dress fits me and I am typically a us size 8. If you need specific measurement please let me know where exactly, and I am happy to get that to you later tonight/ early tomorrow

poshmarkme15 @jseegoolam hi laying flat busy is appx 19.25 inches. Arm is about 6.75-7 inches depending on where the measure is taken from. I added additional phosphors in a new listing and will tag you there!
