This Betsey Johnson Satchel has a leopard print bow that can be removed and replaced with gold studs (the pic with the mannequin shows the bow removed & replaced with the studs). It also has a floral print inside and removable long shoulder strap. The only flaws I could find are a couple of teeny marks on the side and a couple of scratches on the metal part of the bow...
