mrs52092 Casey, thanks for all that info!!! I would like to start my closet! I have so many clothes & they're in various sizes!!! I had the gastric bypass it'll be 10 yrs in November & I'm doing everything I can to get in goal b4 then! I got pregnant 9 months post op, that slowed the weight loss down a bit! I have lost over 250 lbs & kept it off for 10 years! But I never did reach my goal!! But I know it'll happen! Again, thank you for your generosity & help! I will probably b n contact!!! :)

kcjohays @mrs52092 I was always overweight as a kid and when I hit the end of my teen year I was 130 lbs & still not happy (I'm 5'7 so I should've been) when I got pregnant with my first I was 234 lbs before I went in and I had dropped down to 180, which was monumental after almost 2 years but then got pregnant with my next little and ONLY gained 80 lbs that time lol it's been a roller coaster of weight gain and loss for me. I have from size 22-2 in storage 😵

kcjohays @mrs52092 I thought about lap band & gastric but my doctor realized it was some kind of hormone/enzyme deficiency that doesn't tell me I'm full. That & I love food hehe I started doing workout videos at home and joined a weight loss group with some friends on Facebook and after 5 years im finally 150 again. Still haven't reached my pre-baby weight but in all honestly I'm happy at 150 and am considered healthy weight FINALLY :)

mrs52092 You sound like me!! I was always big! So this is huge for me to b n these size 12's that I have found on here!!! Probably haven't been that size since I was 8!! I thought I only had about 15 more lbs to loose & my dr told me last week that 30 lbs lighter should b my healthy weight! I don't think so, cause I am 5'7 also & I'm happy w/ losing 15 more, but 30! Don't know bout that!!!

kcjohays @mrs52092 I hear that! As long as you feel good and confident and stay healthy that's all that matters! After weight loss I will admit, doing yoga has really help strengthen me. No weights or drill sergeants just calm relaxing stress free & you wouldn't imagine how toned and healthy you'll feel!

kcjohays @mrs52092 try daily burn they have 30 day free time ill & you can do yoga, dance, Pilates, weights... Anything as many times a day for that period & you can do it from your smart phone i phone iPad computer TV anywhere.. I really enjoy it plus you can get kids, hubby, friends to come do it with you!
