dyrmkr @meeeemers it is still available! The measurement across the top is just shy of 13”! My sister in this picture is a 25. I’m between a 26 and 27. It fits us both amazingly. It is very stretchy material.

dyrmkr @meeeemers it is stretch-knit! So not ribbed. I think if you are a 28 it would be potentially be an uncomfortable fit on your waist
