What r measurements and is there a dustbag?

Hi @58lane54 ! It is 14" long and about 8.5" tall, not including the handles. And I do not have the dust bag anymore, sorry!

Any wear to be aware of? Soiling, stains, discoloration, scratches on hardware, etc

@58lane54 The exterior is pretty close to perfect. No discolorations or scratches or anything like that. The inside lining still looks very good, but does show some minor signs of wear.
