Brand new- never worn, very soft, silky, and shiny black leather leggings from Avon. Perfect for fall and comfortable to wear They have a little mark on the waistband (seen in second pic) from being on my hanger, but it's not noticeable unless you look closely, only flaw. Other than that they're in perfect condition
