SOLD Blue and White Skirt

This is a blue and white skirt from the plus sized store, Torrid. It has a 3 for a size, but they have a different size chart. This can be converted to a size 22/24 or 3X. Has never been worn. New with tags. I also have one in a different design (more colorful) without tags, but never worn.
