quynhh @punkydore Yeah it could fit a small, the waist band is elasticity I'm a 32B and it fits me pretty nicely, I'm pretty sure C cup would fit as well. And it's just above the knee. I'm 5'2

quynhh @punkydore None! There's no stains or rips or anything at all. I bought it and wore it for like 3 hours Bc it's too cute couldn't resist! And then I took it off Bc it was wayyyy too hot over in Vietnam lol
