blackkpearl09 @cindyyliu_ hi there. No these are cut differently because the toe box is longer so there is less toe cleavage. I wear a size 38 in the new Pigalles (Follies) and a 37.5 in the older style Pigalles. Let me know if you have anymore questions! Dust bag and box included...

blackkpearl09 @cindyyliu_ hi, I would suggest going to the store and trying on the So Kate style shoe. These fit me just right but I think they may stretch a little. They are not as snug as my other Pigalles. The new Pigalle (Follies) I bought was a size 38 but it's SO tight. I'm getting them stretched. The 38.5 fit more comfortably but I was concerned about stretching so the salesperson told me to go half a size smaller.

I can't say for sure 120mm would fit the same but perhaps you can try it on on the store and see? The purple ones are to DIE for and I love them. I'm pretty sure I can't give those babies up. 😍
