The length of the belt strap is somewhat small: On the furthest hole it is approximately 25” and the length of the bag is 7.7” for a total circumference of 32.7”. Therefore, the bag is tailored to be worn around the waist and not for sitting loosely on the hip. Burberry’s website notes the belt can be used as a shoulder strap as well. Hope that helps!
