_meowwww_ @mrschavous I don’t have a measuring tape but this is my chubby daughter in the dress at 13 mo. I’ll add picture. Let me know if it will work before i respond to offer. This way if it doesn’t it won’t be time wasted for either.

mrschavous @_meowwww_ ahhhh I have the red and black like this. same fit different color... it’s a 24 months that should fit all through winter. I’m afraid she won’t be able to wear it by the time it’s cold here. You just never know when buying online. I am sorry. This is a hard to find and highly sought after dress so I feel sure you will be able to sell it today if you keep the listing up!!!!
