Condition: Very Good
The bag is in excellent shape. The diamond-quilted is puffy. The exterior leather is clean and beautiful with light rubbing on 1 one of the flap edges (where the chain usually touches the bag). The ruthenium hardware is clean with hairline surface scratches. The interior flap has indentations from the chain. The main compartment is clean, but the bag has a musty odor from being stored.

We found your reviews to be not genuine. Could you please remove all of your fake reviews? If not, we will be forced to report you. First - you accused us of selling fake bags which is completely not true as we have a thorough authentication process. Second - you had issues wearing the bag as a crossbody bag and demanded compensation which we obliged.

Third - you asked for a full refund and told us that you are having personal issues, and yet our record shows you tried to purchase another bag for us. Fourth - you continuously demand compensation from us after selling it to Poshmark.

We have saved all of the conversations, and it is very clearly that you are trying to extort more money from us. Again, we are not liable for the bag after you have made the purchase. We also have additional videos and pictures of the bag, and we do not see any of the "damages" that you are claiming. You keep trying to make us pay for the differences.
