danellamabella @baqra I'm really sorry that happened to you I have never worn the shoe I buy and resell and I check all my items for wear and problems before I sell them and there was no problem with the shoe before the sale. All sales are final on Poshmark, you bought them almost a month ago there are no returns or refunds on here hun.

danellamabella @baqra please refer to Poshmarks guidelines, they give you 3 days after you receive the item to inspect it and if there are any issues file a dispute for a return after the 3 days the sale is final. This is not my policy but poshmarks

danellamabella @baqra there's nothing I can do for you after the item is in your possession for longer than 3 days that's why they give you the 3 days to wear them try them out check everything because they do not give returns or refunds. I am not a store, poshmark handles all transactions this is they're policy hun not mine. I don't know what happened with the shoe I test everything for quality issues before the sale, I am a top rated seller with a 5 star rating. There's just no returns or refunds on here.
