loany00 @_alecia_ Hi luvie, yes I just got it yesterday! The seller emailed posh, so I told her to let me know what they say. Usually, they'll give us both a label to send back to her, then she'll get a new label to re-mail the correct items back to us. So plan on it being a bit before getting the order since it'll be shipped back and forth a couple times. 🙂

loany00 @_alecia_ I know, it seems it'd be easy that way, but i think they make us do it this way so if the order is wrong, there'd be no confusion of it being one of us sending an incorrect item. By having the actual seller send it, they know she's supposed to know what the item is, what was purchased, and send it correctly. To bad they didn't have overnight shipping for free😍

loany00 @_alecia_ It did show that on the tracking, it had wrong buyer. But it's odd you got a label, and they didn't send me anything. I'm wondering if the seller got one by accident, so I messaged her. If she did, I could have her forward it to me, so we won't have to wait for posh to respond. Hopefully that's the case, and maybe I'll hear from her tonight or tmrw. I can mail it off tmrw if I can get a label. Crossing my fingers for you luvie❣

loany00 I just did this morning, but from the seller, not posh. She said posh told her they were sending you and me each a label. So clearly they forgot to send me one. If I get it today, our post office is open till 1pm so I can drop it off. But no label for me as of yet. Your box is all ready to go though❣

loany00 @_alecia_ No luv, not yet. I had emailed them feb 2nd. The seller said on Sat she'd email them again too. If I was you, I would ask posh to cancel and refund instead of having your funds held with no product for wks. That way, you can at least purchase again.

loany00 @_alecia_ Yes, and that's why I said I think you should ask for a refund. Because they should have sent me something to send you yours at the same time. So if I was you, I'd be more concerned about trying to just be credited for now.

loany00 @_alecia_ All three of us have emailed them then. I think posh has to actually approve to refund. But at least you could buy some makeup with the funds back. For me, I need a label to cover shipping cost, and know who to send it back to. Usually they respond by now. But technically it's only been 2.5 business days since I emailed because the weekends don't count.
