audreyeandrews @latina1974 hi sorry for the late reply! I would say it fits closer to 16 maybe a small 18. The flat waist measures 17” (stretches to 24/25”) and the pit to pit is 20” (stretches to 24/25” because of the milkmaid style bust/gathering). For dresses, I’m a smaller 16 (eg. Small busted) and the armpit holes were too big on me but felt like generous size 16 overall? Definitely comfy and not constricting. I hope that helps!
