~*SOLD*~ Deep periwinkle blue strapless dress

Strapless dress. Love the way the fabric is draped it really dresses it up. Beautiful deep periwinkle blue color. Purchased last summer in NYC and never got around to wearing it! I purchased it thinking it was a pencil skirt without even trying it on ...i then realized on receipt it had said dress woops. I'm sure you could make it a pencil skirt too;)
