kitcat512 Hi! Any stains or dirty areas on the bag itself? You also mentioned minor scratches to the hardware. Is that all over the hardware or just a certain area? TYSM 😊

jenniferpan @kitcat512 hi! No the bag is super clean! I guess the scratches are technically all over but they’re so minor, the hardware is honestly still so shiny. I think they’re just from normal wear! Hope this helps!
