@ddlupo my son was tall and thin as well. He actually wore this for pictures once fir around 29 minutes. He wore the jacket for his first communion . The pants have the adjustable button waist which works great for thin boys and let out if needed. The pants have about an inch hem so they could be lowered sone if needed.

There is not a tag with the size in the jacket but if I remember correctly, I ended up getting an 8 in the jacket so the sleeves would be plenty long enough. The pants are 7.
