Very cool skirt in good condition. High waist, leather look. Wrinkles come right out once you put the skirt on! Not certain about the brand or manufacturers size. Some of the stitching around the waist is loose, but it’s not noticeable when wearing and doesn’t affect the function of the skirt (see last 2 pictures). Flat measurements: Hips 16” (32”) Length 19” Waist 13.5” (27”) Material is 80% nylon, 20% elastane.
