I found this maxi skirt at a little store of a random subway stop in NYC. It's thick so best for spring/fall. The pattern is GORGEOUS and is truly as colorful as the picture looks. This fits comfortably on the waist or on hips if you have a smaller frame. The tag says size 8 but I have no idea what that's about. I am a size 2-4 and it fit me perfectly.
