gisellehoang @tina_abbasi924 all your questions doesn't represent a used item and if i answer yes to all of it i should have listed as brand new instead. Used item means there is obvious signs of wear but functional.

tina_abbasi924 @gisellehoang you aren’t replying to the questions, so I’m assuming there are runs in the fabric, and maybe the zipper doesn’t work? A used item with general signs of wear for a dress indicates usually that fabric may seem looser and not as stiff and edges may be slightly not as crisp of a scallop. Actual defects include broken zippers and pulls or runs in fabric. Labeling something as having “general signs of wear” is misleading

gisellehoang @tina_abbasi924 hahhaa you are so funny. I listed and used item but in fact I only wore this dress once as most of my clothing in general. You assumed too much. It is ok you don't have to bug it :)

gisellehoang ***bug = buy. Don't use the word "misleading" when you actually never see or even touch the dress yet. I normally underestimate my listing to cover "picky" buyers out there who expect too much from a used item and file "misleading" claim causing hassle on my end. Thansk tho! Bye
