This is a cream colored Free People FP One Convertible Godet Maxi Skirt/Dress. The tag says it’s an XS. But it stretchy & can fit a small. This Skirt/dress is from 2011 but it’s actually never been worn & is brand new with out tags. Measurements are taken while item is flat Across the waist ~ 13” - 15” Length ~ 40” , 44” Waist band: 92% viscose 8% lycra, Skirt: 100% rayon, Lining: 100% cotton Free People Knit fold over top maxi skirt with woven floral pattern and gathered crinkle material insets throughout the bottom.
