Gently worn & hand washed Free People Minidress: Colorful floral sprays pattern a sassy strapless minidress cut from lustrous black sateen. A wide smocked panel in back perfects the fit of the sweetheart-style bodice & a two-way exposed zipper adds an edgy touch down the center back.

I can go lower but not that low @gemmaharrod43 Its genuine free people and in fantastic condition so you couldn't even get this at a resale shop for less than $20-30.

It runs very true to size. It's a sexy little dress and very short. I'd suggest tights or leggings unless you want to get a little scandalous with the length. I'm personally not scared of a short skirt. @gemmaharrod43

I'm a 32C too. A small 32C and this fits my chest nearly perfectly with a little extra room in the bust. There's grippy liner around the top and a stretchy panel in the back so it stays up well. Plus the fabric is quality and maintains its shape even in the areas that are a little big on me now that I've dropped a size. @gemmaharrod43

For more detail on sizing... It's really only big in the hips for me since I dropped a few pounds. If my torso wasn't so long it wouldn't be a problem but the waist is designed to sit high and the hips don't match up with my hips. I'm 5'9"
