Red with cream polka dot chiffon maxi skirt from free people. It has an elastic waistband in the back (shown in last picture). It has a tapered length and hits at the ankle. The color is true to the first and last photo. This is a SOLD OUT item. It was worn once to a luncheon where I had a lot of pictures taken so I don't want to wear it again.

redhead969 Hello @tissue! Sorry for the late response. I had a five hour class tonight after work, eek. Anyway, I am 5'5 and I wore it with a 1.5 inch boot. The longest tapered length fell almost to the floor. I also wear things a little high waisted to help hide my tummy :)

redhead969 It may be able to be shortened. But I'm not sure. It probably depends on how much really needs to be taken off. If you want, I can measure it's length when I get home tonight.
