This is the iconic French Connection Tie Waist style dress. I own one dress in this style and got this blue and white pattern on impulse. It is used but unworn by me. The original length is a little short for me, so I took out the hem to add an extra two inches (which makes it closer to the length pictured on Pippa), 35 inches shoulder to hem. See pic for raw edge and previous seam stitching. It's a size 14 UK, and fits a little loose on me, but not too big (usually I'm an 8 UK - 0 US).

kootja @lolagirl1234 in 5'3" but I have a big booty that always makes skirts appear shorter on me than on models/ other body types, but I think it hits about mid thigh, a few inches above knees, for me. I can't believe I neglected to add a length measurement. I'll measure later today when I get home.
