maggiemargaretb @julettan Hi! Sorry for my delay! The hem of the shorts is about 10 inches across. I'm not sure how to calculate the thigh circumference perfectly. Using a diameter to circumference calculator, the circumference comes to about 31 inches. Perhaps if you measure the thigh width of pair of shorts/ pants you already own you can get a more accurate idea! Hope this helps :)
