Make your 90's wishes come true with this midi dress from Modcloth! Fully lined, adjustable straps, super flattering slim cut up top and flowy. Perfect transition piece for fall. Throw on with a cardigan and booties. Worn 3x, no sign of wear. Cleaning out my closet! My measurements are 31-bust, 26.5 - waist. The hips are flowy and there is some stretch at the back, so it could fit someone who is a little bigger/smaller in the waist and bust! Ignore the mirror smudge in the first pic! 🙄
