sschappell @marcella9923 ohhhhhh man I feel so so bad that I'm just seeing this. I just feel terrible. So, to answer your question, this is not a tight dress and the draw string really allows it to be cinched or worn more loose. I just didn't like the way it looked in my chest area as I'm well endowed and nursing. It's such a pretty dress and its brand new!! Let me know if you're still interested and again, I'm so sorry.
