southernsisters @jadefish oh no! I can't believe that! I ended up paying $12 for shipping so you would get it by Christmas Eve! I am out of town until Wednesday but will look for the tracking info when I am back at home. I'm sorry :(

southernsisters @jadefish hi! I found the receipt and tracking number. The tracking number is 9405510200883040284014. I sent it USPS Priority 2 Day on 12/21 but apparently it didn't even start moving until the 12/22. It doesn't say delivered, it just says that it reached Philadelphia on 12/25 and the anticipated delivery date is 12/26, which obviously didn't happen. Do you know what we should do?

jadefish Well I actually received it today, but the sweater is destroyed :( the fabric in several places is melted and ripped. The one sleeve is melted closed completely. Did you get insurance on the package by chance? If you did I might be able to take it to the post office

jadefish Hi again, I checked the tracking # and I saw there is insurance :) so Monday I'll head to the post office to have a chat with them. It's amazing that the post office can just do this.
