These are AMAZINGLY comfortable - material is so soft. Pants have drawstring waistband, top is more of a crimson red (looks brighter in the photo than it is). Can sell separately if needed - I just wore them in this combo when I worked for public health and did home visits. Never came in contact with any bodily fluids or anything since I wasn't acting as a nurse/in a hospital.
