Used. I have adjusted the band the fit my wrists. I do not have the extra links- I lost those with the packaging. The face and band has scratches. The face is the most noticeable. Visibility of the scratches depends on the angle and the lighting. Some of the protective clear sticker is still on the watch. The red line is part of the sticker. Disclaimer: My wrists are about 6.25 inches- it fits snuggly and perfectly on me. Unfortunately, this will only fit on someone with small wrists. :(
