Awesome Gudrun Sjoden long bubble skirt. Elasticized waist, underskirt buttons in place and you can shift buttons to twist the skirt, creating more of a bubble effect. You can also reverse the skirt, which will show the second fabric (floral) with the first plaid fabric at the hem. See pics for measurements. Elastic at waist is very stretchy, will fit M-L-XL.
