sparksw10 @beccagallardo_ Hi! Im not sure how to answer accurately. They do definitely stretch, but they are made to fit snug because they are skinnies. I have a second pair that I kept for myself. For reference, I danced for 10 years and ran track for 6, so I have muscular thighs that seem bigger than my waist size and these still fit me perfectly! They stretch fit provides the perfect snug shape. I love them!
