glooriaa @annaxobananaaa yes it is . I'm a 36 c and the top fits me perfect without having to be pulling it up constantly. It can also fit someone with a smaller cup size because it does have stretch to it.

glooriaa @noemie I apologize for the bad lighting in my room upload more pictures the top of the dress is very stretchy and also has some elastic on the band the back of the dress fits me around mid calf and the sleeve under the dress fits me a little below mid thigh. The dress in my opinion can fit a medium to an x large just depends how lose / short you feel comfortable wearing the dress weather you be a taller or shorter stature .
