karengon01 @beckycantshop hi Becky! Yes it will fit perfectly to a 18 months old. My twins were 11 months old and it was kinda big for them. I’m selling both for 20. Each costume cost me $25 and they’ve only used a few hours on Halloween night. Let me know if you’re still interested so i can send it on time before Halloween 🥰🥰
