I love this dress. I call it my Jackie O dress b/c the collar & fit make me feel like a retro babe who can get things done. You'll get compliments every time you wear it. Dress is black, empire waist, a-line skirt, hits mid-thigh (I'm 5'8"). You tie the waist for a custom fit. Dress is in fair condition, some pilling/signs of wear, not too noticeable (see pics). Price reflects condition. Waist 21.5" flat, can stretch to 22". Pit to pit 23" flat w/ a little stretch. Bottom of waistband to hem 21"
