@jacky123_to it’s definitely from the beauty supply store I’ve always purchased from, I’ve been licensed for 20 years so I have no need to buy from any other source than professional beauty suppliers. In my experience the vivid colors can look different from batch to batch even with the same color. I believe it’s the nature of the type of direct dye that they are. I hope this helps😀

@sammyward I have used magenta and the color is so bright but this one look more like a light pink and not pigment, but maybe is just different ok thank you for your respond.
