Embellished with a ruffle down the middle front, with flowers and sequins. Neck tie with ruffle layered collar. The fabric has a crinkled look to it. Unfortunately, I can't seem to find a fabric description tag in the shirt. New with tags, fits like a xsmall-small. Please let me know if you have any other questions! npontello @ashleigh_choo I added one. It obviously needs to have an undershirt, and would probably be worn with something other than high waisted green shorts, but you get the general idea.
