@anna1990 these aren't stretched out at all. They are a true 24 I promise. They fit a little snug on me compared to other hollister jeggings that's why I'm selling. They are one of the first jeggings they made before they changed the fit of them. Now the way they make them the waist stretches more.

@anna1990 when I wrap the tape around the waist it says 28 inches which there is no way that is right. I do know they are true to a 24 in Hollister though. I only wore them once so they can't be stretched out.
