sassa2001 @ccvirgo lol. I would say yes to the taking two. All I know is these vitamins are huge. That is why I couldn’t stay committed. But from advertisements on Instagram and Facebook. They are good vitamins. This way u can try. If u like them. Sign up for the membership they have so u get a box every month. I don’t know what the amount of biotin a day u r suppose to have. From the looks. Your hair is pretty.

sassa2001 @ccvirgo I would take a multi vitamin also that way u r not lacking on other hair important vitamins like B and D.....but heck it looks like these have those.

sassa2001 @ccvirgo oh yeah. Typical female issues with hair. I would do some research because sometimes thinning could just be a lack of a certain vitamin. Coupled with our styling techniques.

ccvirgo @sassa2001 yes I use tea tree oil sometimes when my scalp is inflamed from the psoriasis. I know vitamins have biotin but if I’m already taking biotin I wonder if it’ll be too much. 10,000 is the most you can take I think.

sassa2001 @ccvirgo and I think rosemary, lavender and peppermint is better than tea tree. When it comes to stimulation. Tea tree so overrated. Peppermint so underrated. Lol. Just a preference I guess🤔
