Top is size 3T shorts are 4T, no signs of wear, no spots, no tear. My daughter must have worn them a total of 10 times. All machine wash cold. 100% cotton, the top is lined with cotton lining. Amazing quality, dressy pieces. All final sale. This sizes a bit bigger, although I did get the shorts one size bigger than the top, because I wanted a "puffy skirt" effect. It was adorable, my daughter's height is a little above average, and she is normal in weight.
