obabur @ashleigh_choo hi! There's absolutely no piling or signs of wear, and it's been handwashed once (never thrown in the wash). I would say there aren't any discernible signs of wear, and in that sense it is "like new", but I like to be totally honest with buyers, which is why it isn't marked as new without tags.
