Try it & get your facts straight while doing so since I obviously won the claim. My claim was on behalf of you selling counterfeit jewelry as real designer pieces. This is NOT an authentic Kate Spade, its a FAKE Spade. Provide an address for me to return your copper trash & you can go ahead and resell your counterfeit items as authentic for the next fool. The person in risk of getting sued is you for selling fakes.

@mrscespindola take it as you wish but from where the legal point stands my item was not fake that's ur single handed lies and you lies on your claim to say that you paid $200 for the Kate spade with you paid $100 of it $ $100 for my zara which by the way I don't hear you throwing claims about that for you got two items from me that your wanting for free. Shame on you. And I would love to see how this one will fall in court. N I'm well aware of the legal terms of fake items as I have handled cases as such. But I'm sure my Nordstrom prof of purchase will lay your false claim at rest.. I did not reach out you to have a tiff but to short this matter. You never claimed for one necklace but falsely claimed for two. And under the legal law falsely making is very wrong which you did.
