This BEAUTIFUL light blue floral drapey dress hangs beautifully on the body and has a tie across the open back. So pretty, it's just a little too big for me and I missed the return date.
The size is a petite 00, but LOFT runs pretty large. Would fit around a 2 (I have a 25" waist and it's 1-2 inches too big).
