I purchased my original LV Arsty MM BAG in 2011. It developed cracks on the top edges of bag so I "retired" it. I finally decided to visit the LV store, to discuss my concerns-(November 30,2013). Long story short, my LV store replaced the bag!Iπ. I originally paid $1520 for my old Artsy. My new bag is now priced @ $1840!--WOW-- a $300 difference! I have recently considered selling this bag. @baglover1973, I am so happy!ππ! I experienced this with Gucci but was unsure about LV's policy. I was pleasantly surprised that they actually honored and stood by their product and replaced my bag with no hesitation!

Wow that's awesome! I should poke holes in my old lvs from 2006 and try to get new ones...you got really luckyπI know some people who had defaults and LV couldn't do anything...

@tina66102002, God was definitely present! I read the reviews regarding their customer service and it was mixed. Some people had pleasant experiences and others, not the case. I am happy it turned out to be a positive experience. I paid $1520 for the original so something had to give! Also, I wrote corporate a letter prior to visiting the store, expressing my dissatisfaction with the bag and maybe this helped as well.

@baglover1973, I'm thinking around $1650 since it is practically brand new. It was priced at $1840, when I picked it up @LV on 11/30/13. The original receipt from LV confirms the their current asking price which I which I would include in the purchase.
