ca_m0sheez @m9890 Totally understand! When lying flat, the waist (from side seam to side seam) on the 18W is 22.75 inches & the bust (from armpit to armpit) is 22 inches. The 18 is 21.75 across the waist & 21 at the bust. The fabric on both the NP & MFs are the same and has a little more give to it than the tighter woven fabric of the giraffe shift, for example. Hope that helps!
