jasminniles04 @rosalietuazon This wallet does not have a date code. I ordered it from the LV website directly(I have all of the receipts and purchase confirmations as well) I immediately looked for the date code when it arrived, and didn’t find it. I called LV and was told by the rep that because of counterfeits, they were randomly discontinuing date codes on specific items.

rosalietuazon @jasminniles04 I've heard about that. But they said you have this micro ship installed in the bag and you can use an app so you can find where the chip is

jasminniles04 @rosalietuazon So I looked it up and it does confirm that Lv now has microchips in they’re products. From what I could gather, it looks like the only accurate way to scan it, is from a store associate in a store. So I think if you were to purchase the wallet, then you would just go to an Lv store and have it checked before the 3 day period to inspect the item.
